Join us for a transformative experience designed to leave you feeling refreshed and empowered
25-27th August, Daylesford, VIC

With a focus on breaking the cycle of busyness, we will support you to decompress, explore ways you can live your life in alignment with your values and needs, and gain insights on how to catch yourself when you are feeling overwhelmed or overworked in the future.  You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of how to build a balanced lifestyle that will support your well-being, productivity and happiness.

Join us for a weekend of relaxation, personal growth, and the opportunity to reconnect with yourself.

Our guests have the option to join in or opt out of any workshops or activities as they choose, however, we want our guests to get as much out of the retreat as possible and encourage participation in all retreat activities. Plenty of quiet reflection time is built in the program.  To ensure that you continue to transform your life beyond the two-day retreat, guests will also receive 4 bonus hours of group coaching done before and after the Busy to Balanced Retreat.

The retreat will be held at the beautiful Brandy Hot Forest Retreat in Daylesford. This is a modern property within a quiet and serene bush setting on a 20 acre property, located a short drive from the centre of Daylesford.

Amy Kennedy (left), Professional Organiser and Coach from The Organising Bee.

Experts in their respective fields and co-authors of the Amazon bestseller Goodbye Busy, Hello Happy, Ange and Amy have joined forces to share their collective knowledge with our retreat guests.

All workshops, retreat materials, meals, accommodation and four hours of additional group coaching are included in the cost. Linen and towels are provided.

Lunch and dinners will be prepared by a local Daylesford caterer, committed to the slow food philosophy and supporting local farmers. Dietary requirements can be catered for.

The only extras you will need to bring are comfy clothes (and maybe your slippers), a warm coat, gumboots or shoes suitable for walking around the forest property and a refillable drink bottle.
